Client was involved in collision with oil maintenance truck. Oil maintenance truck lost control due to slippery road conditions from snow and hit client head on. Client suffered a closed head injury and concussion resulting in cognitive impairments that caused vertigo, short term memory loss, depression, moodiness, and speech issues. Defense claimed cognitive issues were preexisting and that there was no clear evidence of concussion.
