Ever since Carlson & Dumeer opened its doors in Middletown back in 2012, our team has been committed to bettering our communities. Attorney Scott Carlson in particular has dedicated himself to community involvement in addition to providing the people of Hartford, Middlesex, and beyond steadfast criminal defense representation.
Our law firm is excited to announce Attorney Carlson has earned an incredible opportunity to be all the more involved in our community’s growth: he has been named as the incoming 2019 Middlesex United Way board chair. He will succeed Patricia Charles, who served as the board chair from 2017 to 2018. He first joined the board of Middlesex United Way in 2014, serving on the Strategic Planning Committee and Executive Committee.
Currently, Attorney Carlson is serving as the chair of the Community Impact Council of Middlesex United Way. This Council is in charge of ensuring funds raised by the organization are used appropriately and can benefit as many people in need as possible. Members of the organization know Scott as an attentive leader who genuinely wants to hear ideas and input from others. With his multisided approach to problem-solving, Middlesex United Way looks forward to Scott’s time as the board chair.
